No joke, I got reprimanded because I didnt fake laugh enough in calls. They got on someone else because they, "couldnt hear their smiles" when they audited the calls. They can control call flow and will leave you for HOURS w/ nothing, sink your stats and then bombard you with back to back calls, and then blame you. Also there's a point system that can get you giftcards. It gave me the giftcards, took my points but also took it out of my paycheck, $100. I was never reimbursed and no they dont tell you it comes out of your check.

The numbers are false, and they will use negative ones with no explanation to micromanage and harass you. -The training is lacking and they change you around constantly, it's like whiplash. -They are openly aggressive or completely ignore your questions, and then punish you for relaying a customer to a dpt that may know more. -everything contradicts itself...literally everything they do is a contradiction And most importantly, it's poverty labor but they expect you to be 100% constantly.
